Shipping & Dispatch Policy

Important: Pre-Order Dispatch Timeline Please note that our motorcycle jackets are sold via a limited-time pre-order campaign to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. Because this is a made-to-order production run, we have a specialized dispatch timeline.

  • Total Estimated Dispatch Time: 3.5 – 4 Months from the close of the pre-order campaign.

We are committed to transparency and have accelerated our production plan to reduce wait times. The estimated timeline for your order is broken down as follows:

  • CE Testing & Certification: 2–3 Weeks (Safety testing)

  • Production & Quality Control: 7–9 Weeks

  • Warehouse Logistics: 1 Week (Express Air Freight to our UK distribution point)

Shipping Times Once the manufacturing and quality control process is complete and your item has arrived at our distribution warehouse in Newcastle, it will be dispatched to you immediately via tracked service.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International (USA, Australia & Rest of World): 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order You will receive updates throughout the production process. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow the final leg of the journey.

Duties and Taxes Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
