What is the return policy?
Due to the unique nature of this limited-time preorder campaign, all sales are final.
I am working at lightning speed to get these jackets out to you lovely lot! To make that happen, the funds generated from your preorder are invested immediately into expedited safety testing and manufacturing to fast-track this product to you. Because of this immediate investment, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for this specific drop.
I really hope you can all understand this policy, as it is crucial to bringing this project to life so quickly for everyone.
- Exceptions: We absolutely stand behind the quality of our gear. If your jacket arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong size fitting please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
What safety rating is the garment?
(Shoulders, Elbows, and Back) are level 2 armour
The chassis itself is constructed from high-grade 600D Polyester Oxford, a material specifically selected for its abrasion resistance capabilities.
Design Specification (Class AA):
Our primary design target is Class AA (EN 17092). We have engineered the garment specifications to meet this higher standard of protection.
Validation Guarantee:
While we guarantee a minimum pass of Class A, our "Golden Sample" validation process is focused on confirming the Class AA rating.
When will I get my order?
This is a preorder item, and we are implementing an accelerated production plan to reduce wait times. The total estimated delivery is 3.5 – 4 Months from the close of the limited-time, 3-day preorder drop.
This timeline includes:
- 2–3 Weeks for Premium RUSH Lab Service for CE Testing & Certification.
- 7–9 Weeks for production in a highest priority slot with staggered batch delivery.
- 1 Week for shipping to our warehouse via Express Air Freight.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
